On Survey 2012, our competence and friendliness were highlighted. Our customers also stated  that communication is easy with us, and our ability to keep to deadlines was said to be on a good or very good level. In addition, an increasing amount of customers seemed to be ready to recommend our services.

Leinonen Lithuania especially received very good feedback. The Survey 2012 showed clear signs of the improved quality of their services.

At Leinonen, we highly appreciate all of our professional accountants. They are not only producing the majority of our services but they are also responsible for the everyday communication with customers. As a result of the Survey 2012, several accountants were awarded for the great feedback they received from customers.

The Survey 2012 also revealed some negative comments, which were responded to by the respective Leinonen offices. We hope that the corrections made have righted the issues in question.

Our newly established offices in Hungary, Sweden and Ukraine were missing from the Survey.
