The maximum duration of a fixed term contract can be up to 33 months since February. In case work continues over that limit, the contract must be treated as an employment contract for indefinite period. Also, the maximum number of separate fixed term contracts is capped at three - the fourth contract is automatically treated as an indefinite contract.
